Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Service Associate to support hospital-based programs in the Fargo region. You will collect single-use devices in assigned facilities, partner with hospital staff, and help drive patient safety and operational efficiency through education and training on Stryker Sustainability Solution’s bins.

In this field-based, remote-friendly role you will travel up to 30% within your territory, maintain strong customer relationships, and collaborate with sales and support

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance to travel by car as required.
• Highschool degree or GED.
• Use of your personal vehicle (drive 80-100 miles/day depending on territory).
• Ability to obtain and maintain needed credentials at all hospitals within assigned territory.
• Must be able to effectively use computer programs ( e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI and Power Point).

Responsibilities

• Collect single-use devices at hospitals within your designated territory.
• Visit hospital areas including OR, patient floors, patient rooms, and Electrophysiology/Cath labs.
• Engage with hospital staff to provide training and education on bins.
• Partner with supervisor and sales reps to build relationships and increase collections.
• Participate in weekly huddles and team meetings and follow sales code of conduct.
