Job summary

Nabi Health is seeking a Territory Manager to expand access by growing our provider referral network in the Houston area. This field-based role requires regular in-person visits to healthcare practices and hosting education sessions.

You will build relationships with providers, streamline referrals, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient journey, while managing a territory from a home base.

Qualifications

• Operate independently in field-based startup environment.
• Strong communicator who can build trust with healthcare providers.
• Relationship-driven with a consultative outreach approach.
• Organized and self-directed, able to manage a pipeline with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new providers, turning them into long-term referral partners.
• Conduct in-person drop-ins, lunches, and practice visits to educate providers about Nabi services.
• Grow and nurture relationships with existing providers to maintain a steady referral stream.
• Demonstrate Nabi’s value and streamline the referral process.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.
• Manage territory from a home base with regular in-person provider visits and local events.
