Job summary

Nabi Health is seeking a Territory Manager in the Jacksonville metro area to expand access by growing Nabi's referral network. This field-based role operates from a home base, with regular in-person visits to healthcare practices across Florida.

You will prospect providers, conduct drop-ins and lunch‑and‑learn sessions, and nurture existing partnerships to sustain a steady flow of patient referrals. Independence, strong communication, and pipeline management are essential.

Qualifications

• Independent field-based role in a startup environment.
• Ability to build trust and credibility with healthcare providers.
• Organized, self-directed with strong pipeline management.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and visit providers in person.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new providers to form long-term referral partnerships.
• Conduct in-person visits, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits to explain Nabi's services.
• Grow and nurture relationships with existing providers to drive referrals.
• Demonstrate Nabi's value and streamline the referral process for providers.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth provider/patient experience.
• Manage territory from a home base with regular in-person visits and local events.
