Charlie Health in Newark, DE is seeking an Outreach professional to build and manage relationships with clinical partners and referral sources. You will travel 4–5 days per week to meet patients, parents, and providers and help unlock access to mental health programs.

Join a mission-driven team focused on growing our behavioral health network. Base compensation ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 per year, with an uncapped performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Based in Newark, DE and able to travel locally (4–5 days/week).
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• 1–4 years proven sales experience with KPI ownership or overachievement.
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Comfortable engaging with senior corporate personnel and building relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment.
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events in person and via conference calls.
• Synthesize and share market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Work with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
