Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare/pharma industry.
• 2+ years in health informatics/EHR roles in hospital or clinic.
• Experience with major EHR platforms (Athenahealth, Epic, Oracle Cerner, Meditech, OncoEMR, iKnowMed).
• Customer-facing experience with EHR products, CDS, patient identification, care pathways, reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, and data insights to identify compliant opportunities for care improvement.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement across GSK units.
