Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to translate HIT capabilities into practical benefits for health systems and patients. The role partners with health systems and cross-functional teams to align HIT tools with clinical workflows, technology environments, and governance requirements.

The position requires 3+ years in healthcare/pharma, 2+ years in health informatics or EHR roles, and experience with major EHR platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in a hospital, practice, or patient-care setting.
Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and health IT, including front-end use of major EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities to improve patient identification and care delivery.
Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital, patient identification, and measurement resources.
Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement and share insights with internal partners.
Serve as a HIT subject matter resource across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support.
Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, implementation, privacy, and governance decisions per GSK policies.
