Job summary

The Family Tree, Inc. seeks an Early Childhood Coach to support licensed child care programs through individualized coaching, consultation, and professional development.

The role collaborates with family child care providers, center-based programs, school-age programs, and community partners to strengthen quality using evidence-based coaching practices, including PBC and FAN. The coach will maintain a caseload, develop individualized quality improvement plans, deliver professional development,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, special education, child development, or closely related field.
Completion of a 3-credit (45 clock hour) course in Child Development and completion of a 3-credit (45 clock hour) course on Curriculum/Methods and Materials for Infant/Toddler, Preschool, and/or School‑Age

Responsibilities

Support licensed child care programs through individualized coaching, consultation, and professional development.
Plan and conduct on-site and virtual coaching visits and reflective conversations.
Deliver high-quality professional development and training aligned with state requirements.
Develop quality improvement plans and support accreditation and quality initiatives.
Maintain caseload and establish collaborative relationships with providers and partners.
