Job summary

The Parent Child Center of Northwestern Counseling & Support Services seeks individuals with experience working with families and a desire to work in early childhood. The Early Intervention Associate models, coaches, and supports a child’s caregivers to use strategies identified in the child’s One Plan to help the child develop and learn.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of child development birth to three
• Knowledge of developmental delays and children with medical/genetic disorders
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable internet connection at home and a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle for transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide family support, parent education, and service coordination to address child and family goals in homes, childcare settings, and team environments
• Provide telehealth services to children and families
