Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking an Early Childhood Coach to support licensed child care programs in Baltimore, MD.

The role emphasizes evidence-based coaching, professional development, and quality improvement to elevate learning environments and outcomes for children and families. The coach will work with family child care providers, center-based programs, and community partners, delivering on-site and virtual coaching, creating individualized improvement plans, and advancing Maryland EXCELS quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or closely related field.
• 5 years of experience in early childhood education settings.
• Experience using data management systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Advance Maryland EXCELS quality ratings and accreditation support.
• Conduct on-site and virtual coaching visits and reflective conversations.
• Deliver professional development and coaching to providers.
• Develop quality improvement plans and maintain documentation.
• Travel throughout Baltimore City as needed.
