Job summary

Foundations Early Learning Center is seeking an Early Childhood Education Coach to strengthen daily classroom practice and create meaningful learning experiences for children. As a field-based member of the Education Team, you’ll observe, model, and provide feedback to teachers across centers within your cluster.

You will travel regularly to assigned locations, support adult learning, and help teachers implement company-provided curricula and tools with clear goals and ongoing reflection and

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in early childhood education or related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in early childhood education in lead/coach roles.
• Experience mentoring adults and leading practice change.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative coaching relationships with teachers and center leaders.
• Observe classroom practice using company tools to identify coaching goals.
• Provide job-embedded support through modeling, practice, and feedback.
• Help teachers use curriculum, planning tools, assessments, and family resources.
