Job summary

Foundations Early Learning Center is seeking an Early Childhood Education Coach to collaborate with teachers and center leaders to strengthen developmentally appropriate practice and curriculum implementation.

The role requires observation, feedback, modeling, and follow-up across multiple centers with travel within the geographic cluster. Strong communication, relationship-building, and adult-learning skills are essential to support meaningful learning experiences for children.

Qualifications

• Meets lead teacher qualifications in applicable state(s).
• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
• Three years of successful experience in an early childhood setting in a leadership/coaching role; five years preferred.
• Experience mentoring adults, supporting peer learning, and leading practice change preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple classrooms or locations preferred.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel as required.
• Ability to complete background and employment screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative coaching relationships with teachers and center leaders to support reflection and growth.
• Observe classroom practice, interactions, routines, and curriculum implementation using company-approved tools.
• Use evidence and input to identify focused coaching goals and practical next steps.
• Provide job-embedded support through modeling, side-by-side practice, and feedback.
• Help teachers use company curriculum, planning tools, schedules, observations, and family resources confidently.
• Partner with center leadership to clarify coaching priorities and communicate progress.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation of observations, goals, actions, and outcomes.
• Manage a cluster-based schedule balancing center priorities and travel needs.
• Participate in onboarding, professional development and Education initiatives as assigned.
• Collaborate with Education Team to share resources and provide cross-cluster support.
