Foundations Early Learning Center is seeking an Education Coach to strengthen classroom practice across centers. You will observe, model, and guide teachers toward developmentally appropriate interactions and routines, ensuring high-quality experiences for children.

The role emphasizes adult learning, reflective questioning, and collaboration with center leaders to set goals and monitor progress. Some travel within a geographic cluster is required.

Qualifications

• Meets state lead teacher qualifications; associate degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice for all early ages.
• Experience mentoring adults and leading practice change is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative coaching relationships with teachers and leaders.
• Observe classroom practice and identify focused coaching goals.
• Provide job-embedded support through modeling and feedback.
• Help teachers use curriculum, tools, and assessment processes confidently.
• Coordinate coaching across multiple centers and timelines.
• Document observations, goals, and outcomes accurately.
