Job summary

Sunshine House is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Coach to work with teachers and center leaders across a geographic cluster. You will observe, model, and provide feedback to help translate early childhood knowledge into consistent classroom practice.

You will support adult learning, coordinate coaching cycles, and travel to centers as needed, fostering developmentally appropriate practice and strong family-friendly environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in an ECE setting in lead/coach roles.
• Experience mentoring adults and leading practice change.
• Experience supporting multiple classrooms or locations.
• Valid driver’s license and travel ability.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative coaching relationships with teachers and center leaders.
• Observe classroom practice and interactions using approved tools.
• Identify focused coaching goals and practical next steps.
• Provide job-embedded support through modeling and feedback.
• Help teachers use curriculum and planning tools with confidence.
• Partner with center leadership to align coaching priorities.
• Maintain accurate electronic observations and action steps.
• Manage cluster-based coaching schedules and travel.
• Participate in onboarding and professional development.
• Collaborate with Education Team to share resources.
