Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Physician Account Executive to grow current business and win new opportunities by building strong doctor and facility relationships within the South San Diego to Imperial Valley territory.

This field-based role offers a compensation package targeting $140,000–$150,000, including base salary and a uncapped sales incentive, with base pay determined by skills, training, and experience.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in sales or with account ownership.
• Hunter mentality a must.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and general economics of business.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through pre-call planning, post-call analysis and consistent follow-up.
• Target and secure new business.
• Provide overall support and expertise to new & existing accounts.
• Increase discretionary business through insurance access.
• Prepare and present proposals and bids.
• Ensure compliance with company polices and government regulations.
• Complete all administrative tasks promptly.
