Job summary

IES Communications is hiring a Quality Control Superintendent to support large-scale data center projects in the south and southeast. This role requires travel 100% of the time for extended periods and will oversee quality across the full program.

You will lead site quality plans, first-of-kind installations, field walks, and customer interface to ensure installations meet standards and receive sign-off. Strong communication and MS Project proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Site Superintendent or senior field leader in low voltage, security systems, telecom, electrical or related construction field.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, specifications and quality requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Build site-specific Quality Plans and Site Startup processes for each project.
• Lead First-of-Kind (FOK) installations, inspect and obtain final customer approval.
• Lead daily field walks to catch issues early and verify work matches approved standards.
• Manage customer and IES quality checklists from scheduling through completion.
• Enforce quality standards and drive corrective action when not met.
• Report project quality health weekly and raise risks before problems.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for quality questions and concerns.
