Job summary

Interstates is seeking an experienced QA/QC Project Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control on a large-scale data center construction project. The role ensures electrical installations meet contract requirements, codes, and are completed right the first time, traveling to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA/QC, quality management, field engineering, or electrical construction on commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, NEC requirements, quality standards, testing, commissioning, and project turnover.
• Experience with mission-critical or data center construction is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-wide QA/QC efforts for electrical construction on a mission-critical data center.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project quality plans, inspection processes, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate inspections with clients, commissioning teams, engineers, subcontractors, and AHJs.
• Review documents, specs, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to identify quality risks.
• Support pre-installation planning and constructability reviews to improve execution.
• Monitor installation quality through all project phases and drive corrective actions.
