Job summary

Interstates is seeking an experienced QA/QC Project Manager to lead quality efforts on a large-scale data center construction project with travel. The role ensures electrical installations meet contract requirements, codes, and best practices while driving quality from planning through turnover.

You will partner with project leadership and field teams to implement quality plans, perform inspections and audits, close punch lists, and maintain comprehensive documentation for project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent QA/QC or electrical construction experience considered.
• Experience leading QA/QC and quality management on commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong reading of drawings, specs, submittals, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-wide QA/QC for electrical construction on a mission-critical data center.
• Develop and maintain quality plans, inspection processes, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to ensure NEC and client standards.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and field walks; manage punch lists and corrective actions.
• Review documents to identify quality risks before installation; support constructability reviews.
