Wills Group seeks a Construction Project Manager (Late-Stage) to oversee corporate capital projects, ensure design specs, adhere to budgets, and deliver on schedule. You’ll collaborate with design, engineering, and finance to monitor progress and address challenges while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on site supervision, with hybrid work and travel to field locations as needed to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent progressive experience).
• On-site supervision of contractor performance to ensure quality and timelines.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions while maintaining budget adherence and deadlines.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available).
• Pre-employment background and credit checks may be required.
