Job summary

The successful candidate will manage pre-job planning, maintain schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure quality delivery while collaborating with subcontractors, vendors, and general contractors.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project software including HCSS.

Responsibilities

• Manages and trains Light Commercial Project Managers.
• Develops strategic program and project goals.
• Monitors project performance to ensure profit objectives.
• Maintains consistency within Project Management Department.
• Collaborates with Operations Manager to meet business objectives.
• Ensures safe project execution within budget, schedule and design standards.
• Ensures timely material orders and quantity control.
• Completes project billings promptly.
• Coordinates with project superintendent on labor, equipment, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Schedules pre-job planning and turnover meetings.
• Creates and maintains project schedules and critical path milestones.
• Interfaces with general contractors.
• Establishes project budgets per company policy.
• Maintains quality control on the project.
• Oversees sub/supplier coordination and change orders.
