Orion External Careers is seeking a Project Manager in Dallas to lead multi-project initiatives. The role oversees financials, scheduling, quality, and safety, acting as a liaison between the project team, general contractors, and vendors. Office-based with emphasis on proactive problem solving and effective communication.

The incumbent will supervise Project Managers, develop goals, and maintain project budgets while ensuring timely billings and adherence to design specifications.

Qualifications

• A minimum seven-year of experience is required.
• BS Degree in Construction Management or related discipline and field experience in light commercial concrete construction.
• Knowledge of Project Management, Scheduling & Experience in estimating.

Responsibilities

• Manages and trains Light Commercial Project Managers.
• Develops strategic program and project goals.
• Monitors project performance to achieve profit objectives.
• Coordinates with Project superintendent managing labor, equipment, subcontractors, and material suppliers.
• Creates and maintains project schedule; reviews critical path dates and milestones.
• Manages change orders and RFPs; prepares Subcontracts and Purchase Orders.
• Ensures project safety and compliance with budget, schedule, and design specs.
