Molina Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a community-based Member Advocate to support access and navigation of health care benefits for vulnerable members. The role involves in-home visits, meetings in shelters and provider offices, and collaboration with the care team to ensure quality, cost-effective member care.

Responsibilities include helping members schedule appointments, arrange transportation, obtain prescriptions, and connect with social services. Significant local travel is expected (50-80%).

Formación

• At least 1 year of healthcare experience, preferably with underserved populations.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while speaking with members.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with members as an advocate and resource for managing healthcare needs.
• Collaborate with health care services team performing non-clinical paraprofessional duties in the field.
