Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Commercial Service Account Manager to grow Carrier Commercial Service by developing opportunities across service agreements, repairs, modernizations, and digital solutions. The role focuses on building trusted advisor relationships and aligning Carrier offerings with customer objectives.

The position is field-based in the Greater Richmond area, with a compensation plan including commissions and a company car.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience.
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work safely around rooftops and mechanical rooms.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
• Maintain CRM with sales activities and opportunity pipeline; meet annual targets.
• Present at customer seminars and negotiate service agreement renewals.
