Tradesmen International is seeking a Commercial Account Executive in Grand Rapids, MI to grow and manage an assigned sales territory in the construction staffing industry. This is an outside sales role, in the field daily, building relationships with commercial construction clients and driving new business with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside sales, territory development or B2B sales experience.
• Ability to cold call, canvass, and generate new business leads.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and canvass within the assigned territory to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
• Make direct sales calls and presentations to contractors, facility and HR managers on-site.
• Educate prospects on the value of a skilled, flexible workforce and its impact on productivity.
• Coordinate with internal Project Coordinators to align staffing needs with orders.
• Maintain and exceed quarterly sales goals and growth targets.
• Build relationships with client senior management and site personnel.
• Manage the full client lifecycle: onboarding, ongoing satisfaction, and issue resolution.
• Track sales activity and maintain client records in Salesforce CRM.
• Attend industry events to build relationships.
