Job summary

Lobby Co in Indianapolis seeks a field-based Programs Leader to develop and execute strategic programs that drive adoption of our product platform in clinical environments. You will collaborate with R&D, product management, and clinical teams to expand applications, design training, coordinate pilots, and build centers of excellence, while aligning with sales and reimbursement.

This role requires travel up to 75% within the United States, the ability to communicate with healthcare professionals,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in medical device or healthcare tech program development.
• Proven ability to drive utilization of healthcare products.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and hospital credentialing processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic programs to drive platform adoption in clinical environments.
• Identify pathways for new clinical applications in collaboration with R&D, product, and clinical teams.
• Design training resources for healthcare professionals to ensure effective use of the platform.
• Coordinate pilot programs and collect feedback from healthcare institutions.
• Develop centers of excellence as reference sites and speakers.
• Lead post-sale program launches and physician/staff training sessions.
• Analyze utilization and develop KPIs to improve platform adoption.
• Build relationships with clinicians and hospital executives to foster advocacy.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create educational content.
• Conduct market trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Propose strategies to maintain competitive positioning.
