Job summary

Rampart IC LLC in Indianapolis seeks a Clinical Account Manager to drive adoption of radiation protection solutions, building new relationships and expanding usage within hospital accounts. You will work with physicians, nurses, techs, and decision-makers to improve safety and workflow.

This role reports to the Area Vice President and requires a life/health sciences degree and 5+ years in medical devices or clinical operations, plus willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical device or clinical operations experience.
• Proven ability to drive clinical adoption and sales growth.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of hospital operations, purchasing, and regulatory standards.
• Willingness to travel extensively (including overnight).

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer accounts and expand usage within existing ones.
• Educate and train physicians, nurses, techs, and staff to drive product adoption.
• Lead product installations and provide clinical support.
• Work with leadership to create territory sales and marketing strategies.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored Rampart solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with hospital personnel and key decision-makers.
• Respond to customer feedback and resolve service issues with creative solutions.
• Support product development by identifying improvements and opportunities.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales and adoption targets.
