You will drive adoption, retention, and expansion while coordinating with sales and cross‑functional teams to meet commercial targets. The role combines clinical and operational expertise with commercial accountability, requiring strong communication, strategic planning, and the ability to travel up to 30% to customer sites.

Formación

• 7+ years in clinical training or healthcare delivery and program management.
• Experience leading complex healthcare programs across clinicians, administrators, and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and clinician adoption; digital health experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical programs and customer engagement with a portfolio of relationships.
• Drive workflow activation, clinical adoption, and change management planning.
• Track program utilization, performance, and outcomes; identify gaps and coordinate action.
• Collaborate with Service Design, Support, Product, Medical, and Analytics to improve workflows and UX.
• Own renewal and account growth, with commercial targets and renewal plans.
• Coordinate delivery and communication to ensure a single Linus team accountability.
