Lobby Co is seeking a Clinical Manager who will lead clinical adoption and education of advanced medical technologies across urology and critical care settings. This field-based role requires strong clinical expertise and autonomy to manage a multi-state territory.

You will partner with sales leadership to drive account growth, deliver hands-on procedural support, and train physicians and hospital staff while ensuring compliance and smooth operations across sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in clinical, life sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in medical devices, clinical support, or healthcare environment.
• Experience in operating room, ICU, or procedural settings preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within a multi-state territory.

Aufgaben

• Provide in-depth clinical support during surgical and bedside procedures in urology and critical care.
• Lead clinical education programs for physicians, nurses, and hospital staff; conduct in-services and workshops.
• Support territory account development and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and clinical education teams.
• Independently manage travel, scheduling, and coverage across multiple sites in a multi-state region.
• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical activities and provide feedback on market dynamics.
