Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a field‑oriented Program Manager to drive account strategies across the Iowa territory. You will build strong client relationships, educate clinical staff on safety and compliance, and collaborate with operations, sales, logistics and finance to deliver measurable performance.

You will frequently be on site, conducting audits, reviews, and implementation activities to ensure customer success and alignment with contract KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing accounts, ideally in healthcare.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of customer account strategies aligned with key metrics (retention, revenue, cost savings).
• Partner with Account Managers and Field Service to ensure service meets requirements.
• Advocate for customers to meet safety, sustainability, efficiency and compliance metrics.
• On-site engagement with customers to educate on products and services related to safety and compliance.
• Conduct routine audits related to contract KPIs and present consultative business reviews.
