Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to operate in Downingtown, PA. The role focuses on field-based sales, building relationships with families and referral sources, and driving growth for ABA therapy services.

The candidate will lead outreach campaigns, manage Salesforce-driven pipelines, and collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to optimize lead handoffs. A strong communication skill set and 3+ years of field sales are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Minimum 3 years in field sales, outreach, or business development.
• Proven ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience required.
• Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and expand relationships with prospective referral sources (pediatricians, school counselors, therapists, daycare directors, nonprofit leaders).
• Conduct in-person visits, networking, cold introductions, and field drop-ins to generate leads.
• Maintain a consistent weekly prospecting plan to source opportunities and support growth.
• Qualify and document lead potential and partner alignment for engagement.
• Log outreach and referrals in Salesforce; monitor pipeline health and aging.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Sales Ops to remove conversion barriers.
• Execute territory-focused outreach and analyze referral patterns for targeting.
• Plan field events and community outreach, capturing leads and handing off to teams.
• Participate in weekly calls, coaching, and training.
