Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new referrals and grow the center’s market presence. You will build pipelines, engage families and partners, and convert relationships into active clients.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, community engagement, and collaboration with leadership to develop growth strategies and improve access to care for children and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, outreach, or relationship-driven revenue roles.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close or convert opportunities.
• Strong drive, proactive in pursuing new business.
• Highly organized, disciplined, and results oriented.
• Comfortable representing a brand and driving conversations in the community.
• Committed to HIPAA compliance and handling sensitive information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline of referral partners and client leads.
• Identify and develop new referral channels that expand access for families.
• Track outreach activity and partner interactions in CRM with consistency and accuracy.
• Follow up with leads and partners in a timely, professional, and personable way.
• Partner with the intake team to ensure referrals convert into active clients.
• Build genuine, lasting relationships with pediatricians, schools, early intervention providers, and local organizations.
