Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania is seeking a Field-Based Community Outreach Liaison to drive lead generation and build relationships with families and local organizations in Downingtown, PA. The role targets reducing wait times for autism diagnosis and ABA therapy, engaging healthcare decision-makers, and expanding referral networks.

The position requires 3+ years in field sales or business development, a valid driver’s license, and Salesforce experience. A Bachelor’s degree is a nice-to-have.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and grow relationships with prospective referral sources (pediatricians, school staff, therapists).
• Conduct outbound outreach via in-person visits, networking, and field drop-ins.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline, logs, and follow-ups to optimize conversion.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Sales Ops to resolve barriers and improve funnel performance.
• Plan and execute field events and outreach opportunities to generate leads.
