Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a Field-Based Business Development Representative in Downingtown, PA to drive outreach and lead generation among families and referral sources. You will manage a robust Salesforce pipeline, coordinate events, and collaborate with Admissions and Growth teams to accelerate growth.

The role requires a proactive, healthcare-focused sales professional with at least 3 years in field sales, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Minimum 3 years in field sales or business development.
• Proven ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Salesforce CRM experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and grow relationships with prospective referral sources.
• Salesforce & Pipeline Management: Log outreach and maintain pipeline visibility.
• Territory Development: Align outreach with territory goals and market priorities.
• Event Strategy & Execution: Plan field events and outreach opportunities for lead generation.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work with Growth, Marketing and Admissions and provide regular updates.
