Snelling Staffing is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our presence in the industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse staffing markets. The role combines field-based client visits with office collaboration to develop sales strategies and close new business.

You will build relationships, manage accounts, and coordinate with recruiting teams to deliver staffing solutions while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing sales or outside sales preferred.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills required.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse clients.
• Conduct in-person sales visits, presentations, and client meetings.
• Identify staffing needs and provide customized workforce solutions.
• Negotiate service agreements and pricing with prospective clients.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts.
