Responsibilities

• Generate an average of 2 new clients per week by qualifying prospects and assessing needs, budget, and timeline.
• Respond to buying signals by asking the four job qualifying questions and scheduling meetings with Employment Specialists.
• Achieve high sales activity through self-generated opportunities, face-to-face visits, and strategic appointments.
• Maintain daily activity in the CRM and coordinate with internal teams to move job orders toward fulfillment.
• Develop a territory plan, target accounts, and conduct regular outreach to grow Express product and service lines.
• Ensure compliance with Express guidelines and applicable federal/state regulations.
