Job summary

Rainbow Restoration in Sacramento is seeking a dynamic outside B2B sales professional to hunt and close new business across target sectors. You will manage territory growth, plan accounts, and drive field activity through direct meetings and events.

As the face of the brand, you will network at regional events, maintain daily touchpoints, and build a robust pipeline using provided tools. A proven track record in sales and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales or business development experience (restoration, construction, or trade services experience is a big plus).
• Charismatic, outgoing, and articulate with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect, cold-call, and build relationship pipelines across target sectors.
• Execute an account plan to Protect top accounts, Grow existing clients, and Hunt new prospects.
• Maintain strong field visibility by field stops, direct meetings, and Lunch-and-Learns.
• Represent Rainbow Restoration at regional networking events, trade shows, and industry events.
• Log daily touchpoints and track opportunities using software tools.
