You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, using CRM and AI-assisted outreach to exceed quotas, with a base plus commission structure and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a high-energy sales professional with a hunter mindset, capable of driving new business.
• Proven ability to leverage CRM systems and sales apps to manage pipelines and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and hunting new leads.
• Build a network with key industry players (BOMA, IFMA, insurance groups).
• Use CRM, mobile apps, and AI tools to streamline prospecting and outreach.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet revenue goals.
• Represent Rainbow Restoration at local events and trade shows.
• Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
