Rainbow Restoration is seeking a driven Business Development & Sales professional to grow the Modesto/Stockton territory. You’ll build meaningful relationships with agents, adjusters, property managers, and commercial real estate leaders to become the trusted partner when disaster strikes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
• Proficient with CRM platforms, sales apps, and AI tools to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business: Prospect, cold-call, network, and Hunt down new commercial and residential restoration leads.
• Build a Network: With industry players (BOMA, IFMA, local trade groups, insurance associations).
• Leverage Modern Tech: Use CRMs, mobile apps, and AI platforms to streamline outreach and quotas.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Represent Rainbow Restoration at local networking events and trade shows.
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless customer experience.
