CRBR Property Damage Services seeks a Business Development Representative to expand our referral network across the Sacramento area. You’ll meet business owners, insurance professionals, and contractors to turn conversations into opportunities that drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, business development, account management, or relationship-based sales is preferred.
• Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or property management is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, contractors, and other referral sources.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the territory.
• Visit businesses, attend networking events, and establish new professional connections.
• Maintain existing referral relationships while continuously developing new ones.
• Generate leads and referrals that contribute to company growth.
• Collaborate with our operations team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Track contacts, activities, and opportunities in our CRM.
• Work toward established business development goals.
