Job summary

AbbVie’s Allergan Aesthetics division seeks a Business Development Manager to represent the Facial Aesthetics portfolio to targeted customers within a designated geographic area. You will drive adoption and growth with consultative selling, providing product expertise and differentiating offerings.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of B2B2C sales in healthcare, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel four days a week in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience with business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) background.
• Experience with healthcare marketing principles and understanding of physicians' practices.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Facial Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within a designated geographical area.
• Drive product adoption and portfolio growth through business development activities.
• Provide technical product and procedure expertise as well as competitive product differentiation.
• Meet assigned sales goals through consultative selling and implementation of the U.S. Sales/Marketing plan.
