Job summary

AbbVie’s Allergan Aesthetics division seeks a Business Development Manager to promote the Facial Aesthetics portfolio to designated customers across the U.S. You will provide product and procedure expertise, differentiate offerings, and drive growth through consultative selling and a clear sales plan.

Travel four days weekly is required. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of B2B2C sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a solid grasp of healthcare marketing principles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B2C sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to travel four days a week.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Facial Aesthetics portfolio to targeted customers and achieve assigned sales goals.
• Coordinate with Allergan Aesthetics cross-portfolio partners and support teams.
• Provide technical product and procedure expertise and competitive differentiation.
• Ensure compliance with reporting, requests and policies.
