Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, seeks a Business Development Manager to represent the Facial Aesthetics portfolio to targeted customers in the United States. You will drive product adoption and portfolio growth through consultative selling, aligning with the US Sales/Marketing plan.

The role requires 3+ years of sales experience (B2B2C preferred), strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel four days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or preferred in health, sciences, pharmacy, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience, B2B2C preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; negotiation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel and work in the field four days a week.

Responsibilities

• The Business Development Manager leverages resources to accelerate the adoption and sales growth of the Facial Aesthetics portfolio.
• Coordinate with cross-portfolio teams to align with the US Sales/Marketing plan and ensure compliance.
