Job summary

AbbVie, through Allergan Aesthetics, is seeking a Field-Based Business Development Manager to drive adoption and growth of the Facial Aesthetics portfolio. You will work with physicians to promote BOTOX Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM and KYBELLA, leveraging cross-functional teams and market strategies.

This role requires extensive medical sales experience and a valid driver's license. The position is field-based and requires in-person visits, with a typical four days in the field per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant industry experience required.
• 3–5 years successful medical sales/practice management experience.
• 7–10 years business experience.
• Experience and knowledge of general marketing principles and concepts within the healthcare environment.
• Experience and knowledge of inner workings of a physician's practice.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Represent Facial Aesthetics portfolio and achieve assigned sales goals through consultative selling.
• Provide technical product and procedure expertise and coordinate with cross-portfolio teams.
• Field-based role with regular visits to customers; four days/week in the field.
