Job summary

The Boston Beer Company is hiring a full-time Brewery Representative to cover the Southern Delaware territory (Sussex County, Rehoboth, Lewes, Bethany, Dewey Beach). This field-based role focuses on developing new accounts and expanding BBC product visibility in bars, restaurants, and retailers.

You will travel regularly, train staff, run tastings and promotions, and work with distributors to grow volume. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; 1+ year outside sales experience and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• 1+ years outside sales or within the food & beverage industry.
• Competitive, assertive personality.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive to accounts.
• Ability to lift/move cases of beer frequently.
• Ability to climb, kneel and stoop to arrange displays.

Responsibilities

• Sell the full Boston Beer Company product portfolio.
• Drive new account growth and expand product lines in retail/restaurants.
• Identify major accounts and develop plans to win them.
• Improve visibility with displays, resets, and POS items.
• Partner with distributors to ensure orders and growth.
• Conduct staff trainings, beer tastings and promotions.
• Travel regularly within the market; occasional weekends/holidays.
