Job summary

The Boston Beer Company is seeking a Brewery Representative in the Baltimore area. This full-time role focuses on developing new accounts and maintaining current ones, while promoting the BBC portfolio to bars, restaurants, and retailers.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in outside sales within food & beverage, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift beer cases. The position may require weekend work and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outside sales or within the food & beverage industry.
• Valid driver’s license, registered and insured vehicle, and ability to drive to and from accounts.
• Ability to lift and move cases of beer frequently.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell the BBC product portfolio in Baltimore and surrounding area.
• 100% focus on selling products and upgrading lines in retail accounts.
• Identify major accounts and develop plans to establish business.
• Build displays and merchandise to increase brand visibility.
• Partner with distributors to ensure orders and growth at accounts.
• Conduct staff education, beer tastings, and evening promotions.
• Travel within the market and potentially weekends/holidays as needed.
