Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia is seeking a Business Development Representative in Richmond, VA to drive lead generation and build relationships with families, schools, and healthcare professionals. This field-based role focuses on expanding access to autism diagnosis and ABA therapy services, delivering measurable growth and high-impact outreach.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in field sales, CRM experience (preferably Salesforce), and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years in field sales, outreach, or business development.
• Proven ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and organizational skills.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and grow relationships with referral sources.
• Document outreach and referrals in Salesforce daily.
• Develop territory plans, analyze referral patterns, and expand market reach.
• Plan and lead field events and education sessions to generate leads.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Admissions; report outcomes.
