Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to expand our network of referral sources and drive growth in the Wellesley, MA area. You will lead outreach, build relationships with families and local organizations, and collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to optimize the funnel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years of field sales or business development experience.
• Proven ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline to meet targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: identify and grow relationships with prospective referral sources; conduct outbound outreach; maintain weekly prospecting plan; qualify and document lead potential.
• Salesforce & Pipeline Management: log outreach and referrals; track referral status and aging; ensure pipeline integrity; support funnel optimization with teams.
• Territory Development: execute outreach aligned with territory goals; analyze referral patterns; partner with regional managers for growth.
• Event Strategy & Execution: plan and lead field events; represent the organization at schools and health expos; capture leads and manage follow-up.
• Collaboration & Reporting: work with Growth, Marketing, and Admissions; submit regular outreach reports; participate in weekly sales calls.
