Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia is seeking a high‑performing Business Development Representative in Fairfax, VA to generate leads, build relationships with families and referral sources, and expand our ABA services footprint.

You will manage a Salesforce pipeline, coordinate with admissions and sales, and engage in field events to accelerate growth. A minimum 3 years in field sales is required; a driver’s license is essential. Base salary with uncapped commissions is provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field sales, outreach, or business development
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or healthcare

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, prospecting, and building referral relationships
• Manage Salesforce pipeline, lead status, and reporting
• Territory development and market-penetration planning
• Plan and execute field events and community outreach
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Admissions for aligned messaging
