Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring clinical care into the environments that matter most: homes, schools, and communities. You’ll develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and mentor families to support progress across settings.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in ABA or related field required.
BCBA certification required.
Virginia license or active pursuit at time of hire.
Experience supervising ABA programs with RBTs.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Commitment to high-quality, outcomes-based care for children and families.

Responsibilities

Provide field-based ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and community settings.
Develop and refine individualized treatment plans based on each child's learning profile.
Train and supervise RBTs in the field to ensure clinical consistency.
Educate and coach families to support treatment strategies across settings.
Collaborate with supervisors and QA to review outcomes and raise care standards.
