Job summary
Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring high-quality ABA therapy directly into homes, schools, and communities. You will assess, design, and refine individualized treatment plans while mentoring RBTs and collaborating with families to ensure real-life skill generalization.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- BCBA certification.
- Virginia licensure (or actively pursuing) at time of hire.
- Experience supervising ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care for children and families.
Responsibilities
- Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to conduct assessments and understand needs.
- Develop and refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
- Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the field.
- Partner with families through education and coaching to implement strategies.
- Collaborate with supervisors and QA to review outcomes and raise the standard of care.
