Verbal Beginnings is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring clinical care into homes, schools, and communities. You will develop and refine treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to support progress across settings.

This BHCOE-accredited site offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and a meaningful caseload. The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, collaboration with a dedicated clinical team, and a commitment to outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• Virginia license or pursuing licensure.
• Experience supervising ABA-based programs with RBTs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings for assessments.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans.
• Train and supervise RBTs in the field.
• Coach families to carry strategies into daily life.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and maintain high-quality care.
